Crash that wasn't your fault?
We handle the repair, a replacement car while yours is off the road, and the claim against the other driver's insurer. One call, and we take it from there.
Call us, day or night
0818 294 336Answered 24 hours a day, every day. Tell us what happened and we do the rest.

- Your own insurance is not used. You claim directly from the other driver's insurer, so you do not pay your excess and your no-claims bonus is not used.
- A replacement car while yours is repaired. Where you need one, we arrange it, and its cost is pursued as part of your claim.
- The damage is assessed independently. An assessor who is not the repairer puts a written figure on your loss, and that figure is what we claim.

Right now, at the scene?
Five things, in this order. Then call us.
- Safety first. Hazard lights on. If anyone is hurt, call 999 or 112.
- Swap details. Name, phone number, registration and insurer of the other driver. Names and numbers of any witnesses.
- Do not admit fault, even to be polite. Stick to what happened.
- Photograph everything before anything moves. Both cars, the damage, the road, the other car's registration.
- Let your own insurer know, when you get a chance. It is a condition of most policies. It is not a claim and it does not use your policy.
Already had the crash?
If the crash was days or weeks ago, or the other driver's insurer has already been in touch, you still have choices.
- Their insurer wants to fix my car. Do I have to say yes?
- My car was fixed and I had a hire car. Am I owed anything else?
Not sure where you stand? Call us. We will tell you honestly.
How it works
Call or WhatsApp us first
Day or night. We take the details, read them back to you, and tell you what happens next.
We take it from there
The assessment, the replacement car where you need one, the garage, the paperwork and every call to the other driver's insurer.
Your car, sorted
Repaired at a vetted garage, your claim put to the insurer that owes it and chased until it is settled, and you back on the road.
What we do
- Take over the claim against the other driver's insurer, in writing, so they deal with us.
- Arrange an independent assessment of the damage, including the value your car loses from having a repair on its history, where that applies.
- Arrange a replacement car while yours is off the road, where you need one, with the cost pursued as part of your claim.
- Get the car repaired at one of our vetted partner garages, to the assessor's figure.
- Chase the claim to settlement and keep you told at every step.
What we do not do
- We do not handle injury. If anyone was hurt, that is a matter for a solicitor, and we will say so.
- We do not give legal advice and we are not a law firm.
- We do not advise on your own insurance policy.
- We do not promise an outcome or a timeframe. We tell you what we expect and what we know.
Common questions
Do I have to claim through my own insurer if the crash was not my fault?
No. In Ireland you can claim directly from the other driver's insurance company. Because your own policy is not used, you do not pay your excess and your no-claims bonus is not used.
You should still tell your own insurer about the accident. Telling them is not claiming from them.
Will it cost me anything?
There is no upfront cost. Everything, including our fee, is confirmed in writing before you sign anything.
Do I have to use the other driver's insurer's garage?
No. When you claim directly against the other driver's insurer you are not tied to their approved garage. We have the damage assessed by an independent assessor first, and the repair is done at one of our vetted partner garages.
What if the other driver was uninsured, or drove off?
Our service is for crashes where the other driver is identified, insured and at fault. If the other driver was uninsured or cannot be traced, call us anyway. We will tell you honestly whether we can help and point you to the right place if we cannot.
